Worst service ever! I've been with First Community for many years. When calling someone used to answer the phone in about three rings and answer any question. Now, "There are 25 people ahead of you and your wait time is . . . " They should take some of that advertising money and put it into customer service.

Was easy to set up an account, and they gave me all the info I needed to get set up within 20 minutes. Doug was very helpful too!

Garbage company. They will give you the runaround and not help at all. Should have banked with an actual banking company. Very disappointed.
