“I went to this location about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service! Katherine, (I only glanced at her nametag so I'm not certain that was her name) was incredibly helpful and printed my return address labels quickly! I didn't even have a design and she created one for me right there on the spot! Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, while I was waiting another customer came up to the counter and spoke very rudely to her while she was helping me, and she handled it very professionally. It's such a shame that a great employee has to deal with such rude and entitled customers while also being extremely helpful and doing all that they can. She deserves to be rewarded for the exceptional service!! I will definitely be back to this location!”

I asked him to help me find something and he did, he answered some additional questions I had and then he checked me out (I found some AMAZING deals!) & then he checked me out and explained the benefits of taking advantage of the package office depot offers to help reduce costs for large orders! It's been a nightmare shopping at most retail places recently but this location was clean & organized and Carlos provided exceptional customer service!”
“We brought in our daughter's apple laptop because it wasn't responding and the battery was having issues. They were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent 30 minutes with us troubleshooting and even chatted with our daughter on the phone (while she was at school) to teach her how to save space on her laptop so it would function better. He was honest, courteous and did not "sales pitch" us (which we truly appreciated). He got her laptop functioning to get her through the end of the school year and we definitely plan on coming back to purchase a new laptop from them for her to take to college next year. So happy we found this place!”

“I recently signed a contract with Clayton Computer to manage computers in my office. I thought it was a little out of scope, but I contacted Austin because I was having issues with outlook and calendar sharing. (yahoo is hosting my web and email, and they don't play nicely with outlook). It's been a problem for me for a few months now... I contacted rent a center and they made it to where I was able to keep items and to take over that account. They even threw me a good discount due to the situation.”
