Because the book was so big, she thoughtfully split it into two separate volumes and added protective covers to both sides of each—making it much easier to use. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Mackenzie and the other friendly team members in the print area. Excellent service from start to finish!”

“I have to give a shout out to Chris at Office Depot in Bridgeton. I ordered a desk for pick up and found out it was definitely heavy enough to require two men to lift. So I tried my best to get a buddy but bad weather was coming soon and I could get no help. So I called the store Chris answered and after speaking to me he suggested that between us we should be able to get it in the back of my truck. So I agreed, showed up and walked in. There weren’t very many employees there but I found a young lady at a desk and asked for Chris, she pointed the way and stated it was just those two there, pardon the wait. It was no problem and Chris was available and promptly helped me with a smile. He was right, we got it in. My bum shoulder was giving me trouble and I mentioned I might not be able to help the next guy help me. He suggested I just take it in piece by piece and do it that way. I’m not dumb but I hadn’t even thought of that. Well that thoughtful information ended up being the only way I was going to get it in the house with all neighbors gone! It was easy to do and I can’t thank Chris enough for all his help. Chris is an asset to this company or any other he would join.”
“I recently signed a contract with Clayton Computer to manage computers in my office. I thought it was a little out of scope, but I contacted Austin because I was having issues with outlook and calendar sharing. (yahoo is hosting my web and email, and they don't play nicely with outlook). It's been a problem for me for a few months now... The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, listening to my concerns and explaining things clearly.
I was heading out of town in a week when an old laptop seemed dead. Because this store had an appointment 6 hours earlier than my regular one, I switched to this one.
Within a relatively short timeframe they helped me diagnose the problem. My 9 old device was on its last legs anyway, so I shopped online that night to compare models.
Long story short, they got it barely back to life, confirmed my suspicion it needed replacing, and help set up my new device within 2-3 days. Each time I had an appointment.
I observed a number of people showing up without appointments, then being rude or impatient when there was a wait for service.”

I've bought my oven and refrigerator replacements here and haven't been disappointed at all. They offer 80 same as cash options as well as delivery, that removes the old appliances as well.”

“I placed a pickup order. My order was ready when the store opened. The greeter explained where I needed to go and was friendly. The cashier knew exactly what to do. She was efficient and placed my item on my cart for me. The greeter also placed my cart where it belonged when I brought it back to the door. I was able to get the item I wanted. It was a successful experience!”

“I'm the dirt bag that shows up 5 mins before the store closes. Sadly I do this all the time. I paid for my stuff online and was picking it up in store the same day. I arrive at 7:55 to find the doors (more like windows) are no longer open but the employees were still inside. Long story short- even though the store was closed, I managed to find the phone number and call them. I was able to convince the workers to unlock the doors, let us inside, and I got my order that night anyway; after showing a valid photo id order number QR code etc. I'm glad they made sure they weren't giving my stuff to the wrong person! 5 stars for making an exception for us. Basic human decency goes a long way with me. Thanks guys.”
