Good customer service. I can always talk to a person instead of AI. I like being able to dump a jar full of change into a machine and get back folding money, without paying a fee

I love the staff, they are always efficient, kind and helpful. They call me by name some if them because I have been with the bank so long and they never disappoint when I visit this branch!

Does not credit account in a timely manner. Very sloppy with handling of my account. Four times I have had my deposits not be credited until I called customer service. Bank elsewhere!
