“This week, John, a service rep at the Brentwood AT&T store, went above and beyond to help me. My son had newly traveled to China for a work assignment and needed an unlocked phone -- ASAP -- to get access to a Chinese phone service and Chinese banking. John handled everything -- got the phone unlocked, talked my son through getting the SIM card installed (it looked like the wrong size initially), and even tested his new connection by texting and calling my son directly. They also saved me from spending $s on something that didn't need to be done when they could have just done the work anyway (had something that needed repair anyway so still used them for that and work was done quickly and perfectly). Highly recommend this place and if needed will 100% go there again!”
