Went to the New Balance store a few days ago to return some shoes I bought online. & walked out w/ even better shoes ! Kenneth did an amazing job w/ helping me find the perfect shoe. He was very attentive, listened and took his time helping me. I would definitely recommend this location .10 out of 10 experience here.
