We have to drive an hour and a half to get here, but I will be planning all of my shopping trips around Travis' work schedule. Now... the shoes. I've never owned dress shoes of this quality and comfort before. Trust me, your feet will thank you.”

“I had no idea this store carries a wide selection of narrow shoes! I have been struggling for years to find sandals to stay on my narrow feet. Now, I finally have cute ones thanks to Marmi! I used to think this store was for older women, but that is not the case. They have very stylish options for all ages. I'm so happy to have discovered this gem of a store! “After trying a pair of Hokas that I didn't like for a couple months, I had to go back to old reliable New Balance and this store is the right place to go. I've been to many different stores over the years and my conclusion is you need to go to a dedicated NB store for your purchase. I've been to this store 3 times and one thing you can count on when going to a NB store is the knowledge of their staff. My salesperson got me the right size shoe of the model I wanted and the correct insole for my high instep. I left their a happy camper and will go back for my next pair.”

“I like Loft and I almost always find something I like. You have great sales, so I always feel like I am getting a deal. The quality is great. Some things just don’t fit right. And the reviews of those reviews back that up.However, I have only one real problem. There is a woman who works at the Loft I go to that always seems rude and offensive. I dread going in that store because I’m afraid she’ll be there. I don’t want to get her fired, so I’ve never complained. I’m not sure how to handle it. It’s almost like she has a personal vendetta against me. What do you suggest I do? Thanks!”

“This Macy's is one of my favorites in the St.Louis area. The associates in the shoe department really go above and beyond to assist you. The could use a larger selection of last act in the big boys.....yes, I love a deal... They've recently added backstage and I love it. Would recommend it to the world. The fragrance department will have you spending all your money with their excellent customer service and smooth sales skills. I just love this particular location.”
