“I called several Tire Service businesses/companies across the St. Louis area and received poor service. I was inquiring about a tire since I popped mine. When I called Century Tire & Auto Service, I spoke with Devin on the phone. She was, by far, the most helpful person I spoke with all day. She informed that the tire I was requesting was an usual tire and they didn't have any in stock. She let us know we could order but we wanted one ASAP. She was kind enough to suggest nearby locations that would be able to help. I wish more Tire Service shops had someone as helpful as Devin!”

Instead of just trying to sell me a quick fix, he diagnosed the root cause and honestly let me know there was underlying structural damage that required insurance. “Kevin and Scott were absolutely amazing and were able to fit me in last minute. I needed my drivers side mirror replaced and I had brought the exact part for my car from the Toyota shop. I came here to save some money on labor and time because Toyota was outrageously priced. Unfortunately Toyota also seemed to give me the wrong part that didn’t fit my car so when Scott went to install it it didn’t fit. Despite having done the work to remove my door panel and the old mirror to prep for installation as well as putting it all back together they way it was they were extremely understanding of my situation and didn’t charge me for the labor since I didn’t get a part installed. Even though it wasn’t their fault most shops would not be so kind. If I wasn’t in a tough spot financially I would have paid them for the labor regardless but I am so so grateful there are people in this industry that care about there customers. It’s a rare thing to find and I hope this review helps others see the kind of people here at this shop. If I lived in the area that would immediately make this my go to shop.”

“I went into Afton Auto just expecting to get a simple diagnostic, but my experience turned out to be way more than that. Vince immediately stood out as someone who genuinely cares!!!
After talking with me very briefly, he didn’t hesitate he asked me to pop the hood and started walking me through everything right there. He even showed me how other shops had taken advantage of me in the past, which honestly meant a lot because I’ve been burned before and was pretty skeptical going in.
What really impressed me was his honesty. He straight up told me he wouldn’t take my money because he knew the issue I had could lead to more problems down the road, AND HE DIDN’T FEEL RIGHT CHARGING ME for something that wouldn’t truly fix my situation!
That level of integrity is rare nowadays.
I came in hoping for a different experience than I’ve had with other shops, and I finally got it! I walked out feeling completely confident about what I should do next. Vince helped me come up with a clear plan and even gave me advice on how to sell/trade in my vehicle the right way.
On top of all that, he’s extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and treats people with respect, especially younger customers like me, which I really appreciated.

He was very professional and personable, he was thorough and even found a secondary problem I hadn't noticed.
He didn't try to sell me anything and gave reassuring advice at a fair rate.
If I ever have a problem with my transmission or transfer case above my pay-grade, he will be the first person I call.”
“When I lost the connection at a dealership for really , really good pricing , I shopped for a shop that I would like. This car ex is convenient to my home and the people there are friendly. My 2020 outback was due For the sixty thousand mile Preventative maintenance.
It's a pricey little gesture, usually over a thousand dollars. I got a quote from Car-X and from a dealer, and they were about the same although they did not list the same services. I prefer spending my money local than giving to a big dealer so I made the appointment with car x.
Armed with the list subaru gives you of necessary work for sixty thousand miles, the mechanic And I Decided what was needed.
After the work was over and I went to drive the car.The next day , twelve hazard lights came on and wouldn't go off. I called over there and had to make a trip , and they put their little gizmo on and was able to clear the codes. Drove away and the codes came back up the next day. I made the call again and was told that the person that had the machine to test it wouldn't be there until the following day.So I was grounded at home being afraid to drive it with the check engine light on.
Finally , got in there and he started in. The mechanic found that one little piece was not reconnected properly.And this turned off some of the lights , but not all of them. He's a pretty stubborn guy.So he said , i'm gonna try this , and this and see if I can get those hazard lights off. 4 hours later, he found the problem, and I got my car back.They also put in about a $150 of their time and trouble to make it work.This is very appreciated by me and I will always take my car to these guys.”
“This is a great alternative to the high-end dealership(s). They have ALL the computers, tools, knowledge, and experience to save you lots of money. Bavarian only repairs what is needed. There are no up-sales or needless repairs. Highly recommend for all your BMW repairs. My X3 and Alpina B7 have found a new repair and service facility.”
“If I could give 10 stars I would. My car was stressing me out. Although most of my issues was due to me allowing a problem to continue until it got worse. I'm still happy with the end results. They had my car up and running within a day. Mark at the front was super patient and understanding. They were actually cheaper than others in the surrounding area and i needed alot done.
