Last time I came in, I couldn't find what I was looking for. This time I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that something as ordinary as insulin syringes were out of stock not to mention it's very difficult to get in and out of this place, I will never ever come here again, even though it's the most conveniently located pharmacy to me.

I don't normally review drug stores but i didnt agree with the lower scores. I have been coming here since i was a little kid buying candy to sneak into the movies. They are very busy but they do a great job. Use the pharmacy. Zero complaints. Excellent team

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. An incredibly incompetent pharmacy. Every time I show up, my prescriptions are not ready, and I have to wait at least 15 minutes. Today I had to wait 30 minutes! Also there’s also a long line at the pharmacy and not enough staff. If I never have to come here again, I will live and die happily.

Generally going here is ok, Just don't try to get a vacination there! They require an appointment but then you have to stand in line for 20 min+ to even get the paper work to get the vaccination. Once you get to the front of the line and have the paper work filled out then you sit for 1 hour and half HOURS before actually get the the vaccination! Also I afree with a previous comment their parking lot is a nightmare. In the winter they the snow piles up and even worse.

Walgreens is notorious for running its pharmacists ragged. Lots of techs, one RPh. I showed up a little early for my scheduled covid shot, then waited a half hour after the appointed time. The pharmacist was obviously besieged. The company needs to cut into its profit a bit, pay professionals.The store is clean. It did take me a while to figure out the trick of getting into and exiting the parking lot.I use St. Mary's outpatient pharmacy for prescriptions; easy in, easy out, lovely staff.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Stopped by the Pharmacy yesterday to get a RSV vaccine and, even though they were not being at, I was told I needed to go on-line to schedule an appointment. Scheduled for 6:30pm the following day and waited for 75 minutes! Ridiculous! Have been a long time loyal customer of Walgreens but that is going to change.

The pharmacy has a line wrapped around the store and moves at a snails pace. I went there for a vaccine and did the paperwork on line to avoid a longer wait. When I got to the window they handed me paperwork! Everyone was was asking why this was needed when we filled it all out on line????????? "You need to do it here too." Was the answer. It would help move the line along if they would actually USE the on line register that does NOTHING but spend your time. Nope! We had to fill out the same paper after arriving! It was an unorganized, understaffed, stressful mess over there.

Logan was very helpful when my daughters script was not at the store. he was able to call around and get it quickly and efficiently for her. we need more people like Logan in the world.

YEP,,,,their service online is really DECLINING! Website always has problems and now their new policy for delivery is to have items delivered from the local store....even though the store doesn't have it stocked. I've put up with Walgreens for years but wish they'd just go belly-up now and save their consumers so much stress.

As a consumer I have very little control over what corporations do; it’s kind of the most i can do to leave a bad review. This Walgreens has replaced its refrigerator doors with TV screens that constantly flash ads and only intermittently show the contents of the fridge, and the contents displays are usually wrong. I cannot describe how annoying this is. It makes me feel a primal rage that I can barely contain. Why do I have to look at an ad before the door deigns to tell me whether it contains ice cream? It makes it impossible to tell what’s actually in the fridge! Everyone hates when they have to watch an ad before a video. The fact that some corporate slimeball has decided they can make an extra buck by forcing me to watch an ad in the refrigerator aisle in real life is so dystopian I don’t even know what to do with it. I literally just want to buy a frozen pizza. I refuse to look at these screens so I just stand there with the fridge door open while I peruse my choices, wasting Walgreens’s cold air. Also, the parking lot at this location is just the worst.

My wife went here tonight and told me how a young black man walked through the check-out lane holding up a box of something and said "I'm taking this," and then he walked out. Nobody stopped him. We all pay for that.

Terrible parking lot. Access next to impossible. Staff seem nice but incompetent. Whether it’s a prescription order or photo order, I’ve never been able to simply walk in and pick up. Unorganized and messy.

Management is rude and lazy. Checkout took forever, when other associates are just standing around, talking to each other. When I ask for manager to help checkout, the manager came out and asked what I needed. What a joke! This Walgreens will not get my business ever again.

Staff was generally friendly despite lots of customers and only a few of them. (Even those who hadn't interacted with me directly took the time to wish me a good day on my way out.) When I asked an employee who was busy stocking shelves where I needed to go to pick up photos, she quickly responded "I can help you," left what she was doing and came over to do just that. I had a unique situation and had to leave to get something I left behind, then had to come in again after receiving one set of photos. 3 visits total! Tymia was great throughout! She helped me get what I needed, was patient with my questions, kind, and found a solution to the problem we faced in finding the photos I had ordered. Definitely grateful for her help!
