Walgreens is a very busy store where customers can refill prescriptions, shop for health and beauty products, and print photos. The pharmacy hours are extensive, but the experience can be slow, with long lines and occasional computer issues. The store is noted as clean. Some customers report the pharmacy as being the slowest experience ever, with only a few people served in a long wait, though they sometimes pick up the pace. The company is described as running its pharmacists ragged, often with one pharmacist besieged by many tasks and customers, leading to waits even for scheduled appointments. The parking lot can also be tricky to navigate. Despite these operational challenges, many reviews highlight an excellent team and staff who are generally friendly, helpful, and provide amazing customer service with positive attitudes. Employees are commended for being patient, kind, and efficient, often going out of their way to help customers with issues, find solutions, and assist at the checkout even when very busy. While some recommend other pharmacies for easier service, many longtime customers have zero complaints and emphasize that the staff does a great job.
Kanai was nice & pleasant at the checkout counter considering her circumstance. Maybe consider getting her some help or at least hire an employee who has the mental fortitude to hop in and help so your line doesn’t get 12 people deep.

Never been to a Walgreens with worse service. Corporate doesn’t help and the employees are rude, hang up the phone, and calls the police on customers for complaining about their employees bad behavior.

Unbelievable there is literally only ONE person working in the entire store. Walgreens is doing a 5hit job staffing this store.
