“I've been a customer of this bank since it was Bank Midwest;so, about 24 years. I have received only the best service in all that time. The staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. Recently, however, they've had to go above and beyond their local duties to make up for the abysmal service I frequently experience now when I contact Academy Bank customer service at the 877 number or via chat. They would say their duties DO include helping me, but they didn't use to be, and I don't think they should have to be. But, I digress.
I want anyone who keeps track of these sorts of things to know that my branch now helps me with anything I need that I can't do for myself online, and they always sound happy to help me. Also, if I were to be asked if the staff at my branch seems to enjoy their jobs, I would say, 100% every employee I've ever encountered since day 1. They've all been extraordinary representatives not only of their branch, but also of their banking institutions. They seem to truly believe that their customers are the most important parts of their work.”

“Extremely nice people make you feel warm and welcome Angela is a very kind and friendly lady love when she helps with my needs and goes above and beyond to be helpful and take care of your needs and explains everything so you understand you can easily tell that she cares about the customers. I live 30 miles one way from the bank and travel from a town that has 4 banks but none of them compare to the community Bank of Missouri in Richmond”
