“I’ve been using Central Bank for almost 15 years now, I got off early from work this past Friday (March 20th). I needed a new debit card and despite how busy the lobby was, I was treated quickly for a new replacement. I believe the tellers name was Destin. He was helpful in getting a replacement card for me. I appreciate the professional service of this Central Bank location

“Annette Horton is the hero of my day! Someone tried to hack my account. They caught it and turned off my cards for me until I could get it taken care of. She printed me new cards and made me feel more relaxed about the situation. Everything is back to normal thanks to Annette!”

“Good bank,tellers are helpful and kind nothing really special about them from other banks tbh but if you are local it’s a good bank i have had an account open with them about 5 years and my dad has had an account open longer closer to a decade no problems also quick trips in the area have UMB branch ATMs so you never have trouble finding an atm that won’t charge a fee”
“My husband & I have been banking here since 28 years. Since Twila Gregg bought the bank, It has been even better than before. The 1 review on here that is a single star was before Twila took over. Let me tell you, we stay because of the service. Period! We know everyone there. The turn over is minimal and most days you can walk right in and find Twila or Jeff there. If you have a problem with the staff, Twila listens and goes out on a limb to assist you. They may not be the biggest but in my opinion they are the best. And you should know their involvement with making our community a better place to live is unlike ANY OTHER bank in town. I highly recommend.”

“Got my first Hidden Fee! Was not informed at any point about a paper statement rather than digital that cost $5 USD! Thanks for the support on my billing account! Also have failed twice to get my wisely card loaded! That’s fine I don’t mind paying another $8 at Walmart money center even though I have a bank account. But on the second or 4th time they do take great consideration into the customer service, after returning the $5.”

“I have been doing business with this bank for about 13 years and have never had an issue. Jeff Scassellati , Edy Hall And Amber Starr have always taken care of my needs. Wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. After reading some of the other reviews I cannot agree with them. I to have a business account and Blue Ridge bank financed my new Auto Repair Shop. Not sure what the other guys problem is with holding his deposits for seven days mine are good the next day”
