We had an order of chicks come in and they were supposed to call and let me know. The chicks got to the post office and they never let me know. The next day (which was a Saturday) they brought them out because they forgot to call me and didn’t want to leave them sitting there over the weekend and most of them were dead!

worst service ever. they won’t deliver your packages- won’t even make an attempt to deliver and just say they ran into an issue delivering it so that their timelines are met. there needs to be audit done on the richmond mo post office because it is consistently the worst service.

Terrible time just getting someone on the line just to ask them a general question. LOTS of "say this or say that" when nothing fits just a simple general question.

I love our small town post office! Every time you go in to mail a package it goes smoothly and rarely a line.

Had a very expensive package that was supposed to be delivered 3/6 and it’s 4/6. Went to the post office to see if we could resolve the problem. Told me “are you sure you didn't get it” then proceeded to tell me that “well it was delivered to your address, that’s out of our hands” this is the 3rd time this has happened in a span of 3 months. And I’m not sure if my packages aren’t being pocketed or stolen by employees. Not very happy. I’m out a lot of money from this company.

Lazy carriers. Will mark your package as undeliverable without even attempting delivery. Then they want to catch attitude when you call.

Terrible experience getting chicks shipped to this location! First shipment, I was depending on a call from them when they arrive, and received none. Even stopped in Thursday, March 28 around noon to see if they are there. Was told they are not. they had still not arrived by the next Tuesday, so I finally contacted the hatchery to see why they were so delayed . They told me that the chicks were delivered last Thursday March 28 at the Richmond post office , according to the tracking info, and that SOMEONE picked them up there at 1:36 PM . ??? it wasn’t me. And they told me at lunch time that they weren’t there. The tracking info said they had arrived there first thing Thursday morning, so they would have been there when I stopped in!!! Interestingly, after I requested an inquiry into the missing chicks, the arrival time at the post office was changed to around 1PM, which would make it appear they arrived after I was there……. Someone trying to cover their tracks??♀️ needless to say I was closely watching the tracking info for the replacement chicks the hatchery sent. They arrived at the post office at 7 am . It opened at 8. I gave them 45 minutes after opening time, to call me before I call them. They never called?♀️?♀️ if I hadn’t called them, how long would they have waited? Or would they have disappeared too?? Lesson learned. Always watch your tracking number!!! Don’t depend on the post office!
