“I always take my vehicle to Warehouse Tire in Hollister. They've been my guys for 11yrs. And they're really the only ones I trust with my Jeep. There have been a couple of times I've taken my Jeep to the dealership for factory recalls and they've told me that certain things needed to be replaced. But when I took it in to Warehouse Tire, they told me there wasn't anything wrong with it. I appreciate their customer service and honesty.”
“The people here are absolutely outstanding! We drove to Branson and ended up having a heater core crack. With a ‘20s model vehicle that is a very large job taking our pretty much the entire interior to get to it. Not only were they able to get it fixed in 2 days they had to drive over an hour away to get the correct part. They got us back up on the road for a reasonable price but most of all very quickly with good work done. Being from out of town they made it feel like we were back home. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and have any vehicle trouble.”

“I owe my loyalty to Branson Tire & Auto, and will happily refer them. I came to them with second hand wheels, requesting tires on a guessing basis for size. They test fit my wheels before proceeding with installing the tires to insure proper fit. After the work performed, my wife and I had experienced something we were unfamiliar with. Called the owner and had our concerns taken care of without hesitation. They put customer service priority #1. They are honorable and stand behind their work.

“In October 2025 I had a cracked windshield on my Ford F-250 pickup truck. I was 200 miles from home, so I made arrangement with Outlaw's Auto Glass to replace the windshield.
It wasn't until I arrived home that I discovered a leak in the windshield. I was very concerned that I would have to return to Hollister (a 400 mi round trip) to have it fixed. I couldn't afford to make that trip, so I had it repaired at a local auto glass shop in my hometown. I sent a letter to Gary Outlaw, with a copy of the invoice, asking for reimbursement for my out-of-pocket expense. I was concerned that he would say that I should have brought it back to him for repairs. On the contrary, Gary called me immediately, apologized for the problem, and sent me a check right away, reimbursing me for my extra expense. I was so amazed at Gary's courteous response and willingness to handle the problem properly! I am now a lifelong customer and fan of Gary Outlaw and his great auto glass service!”

“On vacation and my car overheated on Sunday morning (planned to leave the following Monday morning). Eventually I made it to the body shop parking lot and left a message on the answering machine because they were closed. I followed up Monday at 0800, right when they opened, talked to Pat and explained my situation. He called me back a little while later, explained what he thinks it would take to get me home ( Central Illinois about a 7 hour drive) safely and provided a reasonable quote for parts/service. He stayed in contact with me throughout the day and even admitted that he had accidentally ordered the wrong part and that ETA would be later in the day. I appreciate the honesty and the open communication! Car was finished after business hours, he called to ask if they could keep it overnight so they can test drive for a final inspection in the morning. At this point, I had already committed to staying an extra night so this didn't bother me. However, I'm sure if I needed to leave that night, he would have stayed later so that I could've picked up my car - he's just that type of person/business owner.When I checked out, there were a few more things that they saw needed some maintenance. If I lived in this area or had the time to stay longer, this is where I would have my car serviced. My experience supports what most of the other reviews mentioned. Good service, great communication, reasonable prices and overall great experience (considering the situation).”

“Star Lube is a great place owned by a local man who is very honest. The owner has worked on my car and had good prices, and did the work right away. Once he figured out a problem by my explanation of symptoms, though not very scientific. He is always pleasant and it’s a safe place for women to go.
Recently I dropped by, wanting my air pressure checked in the tires, plus needed a check on the drainage holes in the sunroof. The owner and I looked at the mechanism and I could see the drainage holes, feeling leaves and debris on the left side. The drainage holes were blown out with air and he ran some water down them, which exited the car as designed. Then he said no charge! My car had been leaking for awhile after a few rains, and I could have been facing at least $150 for leak repair. This man is so honest! Of course he was tipped and profusely thanked. Some ppl show their true colors through kindness, and this man definitely did that.
I recommend Star Lube very highly for good work and a man who listens to ppl describe mechanical issues. If you want a good price and honesty, come here!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! Zac was a lifesaver: I was staring down a 10 hour drive back to Chicago in 95 degree weather with two little kids and my coolant light went on the morning we were getting ready to leave. I brought my car in to Zac at 8am, and he checked my car, replaced the coolant AND gave me extra to bring with for the trip home just in case it was leaking. AND I only had a credit card, so he didn't even charge me. A+ service!”
