“I messaged Larry's Nursery about a week ago asking if they happened to have any philodendron El Choco Red. I was messaged back pretty immediately that they didn't currently, but they had ordered some after my inquiry. I was sent a message back as soon as they came in, and I was able to snatch one up this morning. If that's not top-tier customer service, I don't know what is. I live in Sedalia and I've checked out many nurseries between Columbia and Kansas City, and not only was the customer service superb, their prices have been the best I've seen as well. I will absolutely make the 90-mile trip again and again. For what it's worth, the selection of tropicals, cactus, and succulents were all great. I didn't notice any signs of pests or neglect. The cashier this morning was also friendly and helpful. Thanks, guys!”

“I want to preface this by saying this place is a lil piece of heaven.. Everything about it.. The seed options, the spices, the building itself, the creaking floors.. I was in my Happy Place.. Sadly, The Staff what was there the day I went made everything else miserable.. I asked a question, I got looked at like I was a bother.. Not one person said Hello.. All 3 were rude and ruined my first experience in the Store.. I originally came in for a few Spices.. We wanted to look around a bit more but decided to just Check Out and leave.. I was so excited to go in there that day.. Husband even drove 45 mins out of the way so he could take me.. Staff is EVERYTHING..”

“It is incredibly difficult to find a truly good florist who doesn't resort to using weeds and cheap containers that are eyesores when creating arrangements. I wanted something far more upscale and that is exactly what was delivered. The event was most important as my best friend of many decades lost her mother. It was vital she had beautiful flowers in Kansas City when she arrived for her mother's memorial. I cannot thank Beco Flowers enough for the utter quality and first impression that was delivered. In addition, communication was superb! There is a reason this florist has a five star rating and I would give them 20 if I could. Well done and thank you ever so much.”

“I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff are, from Crossroads to Morningside! Last week I stopped by the Crossroads location and the lady working was so helpful in showing me what different options I could choose from for a bouquet making party I was going to. I also mentioned that a plant I purchased from Verdant a few months ago had started leaning a bit and I needed some help with repotting it. I told her I'd be near the Morningside location the following week, so she went out of her way to check who would be working the day I had planned to stop in so I'd have someone there to help me! That led me to Erica (if I remember her name correctly)! She was extremely helpful and informative, and answered all my questions on how to better care for my plant. Another sweet lady at Morningside (I didn’t get her name, but she has the cutest little clog shoes) is always so intentional and makes every part of the experience feel special. They even gave me some beautiful sunflowers to take home and wrapped them in their tissue and ribbon! Every time I stop into either location, I know I’ll be greeted like I’m their most valuable customer. Everyone is always so kind and intentional, and I can't help but keep coming back because of it!”

When I called to see if I could bring her back to get recut, they offered to send help instead. Thankfully I only live 7 minutes away, so Joe was able to come by and get her straightened out. I can't express how much that little deed made my whole day/holiday!!! thank you Joe and Shea for making this happen. I will for sure be a returning customer!”

“Had a capacitor got out on my air conditioner. Was able to schedule a person to come out same day which was great because it was 95 degrees outside. Hamilton Plumbing Heating and Cooling came out. Tech Luis was fantastic, very personable, and went above a beyond by cleaning the outside unit as well. Was a little pricey but for same day and excellent service, it was worth it.”

My baby was a star but no one asked if I needed help so I found something similar enough and bought it. I liked the store, employees were super friendly to my baby.”

“I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

They have a gentleman that help folks with blinds there and without him, we would have been lost. His name is Brent and if you ever need to buy blinds there, be sure to ask for him.”
