“Very nice people and plenty of room to back in. You will be backing in at a pretty steep angle. Tandem slid forward while backing in and then slide your tandems to the back and get on the ramp blocks. There is a gravel lot on the east side for parking overnight. No security park at your own risk.”

“It’s a great Costco. Store is well laid out and self checkout available. They carry quality gasoline unlike Sam’s. My only reason for not giving it a higher rating is because state law does not allow them to sell alcohol but another 25 minute drive to the one in Missouri does.”
“This review is mainly based upon the performance at the guard shack but also the spacious & orderly way they have the trailers arranged.
Was met at the front by this lovely young lady named Tanisha. Not only one of the friendliest guard shack people I've come across, but definitely the most gorgeous!??? She gave me a paper with my trailer & location, found it without issues, and was out on my way with 15 min. Good stuff!???”
“Good place to unload hoppers but be EARLY before opening or you'll wait. Parking before scale available the guys help a lot with unloading stubborn product and it's quick if no one is in front of you. I was second truck in line at opening took a little over 2 hours but their was 4 or 5 other trucks waiting for the pit by 0730”
“I have been driving for almost five years and this is the best place I’ve picked up from! I was immediately docked and loaded within literally five mins! Every one was polite and courteous. The young man at the check-in name Andy was Awesome! And the young man name Markie the dock loader was Fantastic as well! Both had great attitudes! Great place to pick-up from!”
“Good place, enough parking to sleep, it is very easy to find the places guided by the # d pillars or by customer instructions, there is space to walk around and to park it is also in L but there is space, remember to turn off the truck when you are parked inside d the cave, it is not obligatory to check outside at the hut, only if you want or if you need instructions on how to get there...”

“Arrived a few hours early and got a door, told loader we could wait since we were early, still left an hour before our appointment time. Men’s restroom inside. No red/green light but loader will holler or come let you know when finished. Good service!”
“The ladies in the office are very polite and friendly, when asked if i could use the restroom they were so kind to me and allowed me to. (She is the reason i gave the extra star.) As far as the person unloading the trailer, this guy has the worst attitude maybe he is not a morning person, I went to speak with him and he was already snapping. Yelling and very rude. He has no customer service skills, or people skills in general, I hope that he is just having a bad morning and is not like this all the time, in the other hand the gentleman that came and returned my paper was very polite as well. I originally was going to give 2 stars but I can't judge the whole company on 1 persons actions, I will rate them 4 stars and hopefully I can give them 5 stars my next visit.”

“Great place to unload. Unload times are reasonable. First come first served. Overnight parking is allowed. Shipping/receiving open 8:00am-4:30pm but they take their last truck at 4:00pm.”
“I have recently been coming to this location with incorrect information and Angel has been a huge help. She has been patient with me and taken the time to help find the correct info and rebooking flights.”
“They let me park along the curb on the driveway for overnight. This driveway can fit 2 - 3 trucks. My appointment is 5:00 AM, checked in at 4:15, unloaded and empty @ 4:50 with full trailer. Can’t ask for more yall!”
“On point. In every way, the front desk is fine she is going to give what you give. Appointments are accurate. If you will be 24 hours early or late, ask but don't expect approval. Geat place don't be a jerk .”

Had a pick up at 10am got there at 6:45am guy came out told me to back onto dock and where to go at 7am.
Check in at office at 7am was smooth and easy also staff was professional.
Got paperwork told to wait for green light then I’m good to go.
Loading was quick
All in all great job at this location and being professional. Well done ??????”
