Some of the friendliest, professional, and knowledgeable people you are going to meet. Saint Louis Summer without decent air in the car is heading for disaster. I took my car in today for a possible recharge but the tech decided he wanted to take it for a test drive to see for himself what is going on. Who does that anymore???!!! He had his information and went to work. After a little while I was done. I KNOW he told me what was accomplished, but it’s ALL Greek to me. He then told me there was a different charge than what he quoted me. I thought to myself AHA!!! Just like all these companies out to get your hard earned money. He said it was LESS than what he quoted me. WHHHAT!!!! It wasn’t $1 or $2 less but around $25. WHEN does this EVER happen? Besides the accolades I gave them, add HONESTY to the list!!! They could have charged me the quote he gave me and I would have been none the wiser. If I ever need my A/C worked on again I will think of these guys first. A SOLID 10 out of 10. They also work on automobiles that have been stolen.”

“I was overly worried about my tire after I somehow had a screw lodged into it. The air kept leaving my psi at 15 or lower. I scheduled an appointment the next day. The employees were incredibly nice, as always. They fix my tire within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. I went in thinking there’s no way I’m not leaving with a big tire bill when I really left with a fixed tire and they said it’s no problem you’re good. The sweetest thing after so much anxiety with an awful thing that happens to us all at least once in our life. I appreciate them all so much. I’ll be back again for sure. “I have purchased 2 cars with Dave Mungenast Honda - one certified pre-owned across the street and one new. Both purchasing experiences were great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and helpful - from the front desk to the sales and finance. Rebecca was my salesperson when I purchased my new vehicle and she was patient and thoughtful in helping me choose which car was right for me. She was also my mom's salesperson and suggested certain vehicle models to fit my mom's needs. In addition, there is a tech specialist who teaches you how to use the technology in your car before you leave with the vehicle. The financing is streamlined and feels low-pressure. They do a great job of explaining the warranty options and recommend certain add-ons as needed. As other reviewers said, this dealership isn't what people typically think of a car dealership with pushy salespeople, it's quite the opposite. I have also taken both cars in for service at this location for a total of 6 years now, and I haven't been disappointed. It's easy to schedule online and I find that I don't have to wait long to get in for an appointment. The service advisors are friendly and are great at communicating about the details of the services completed. I appreciate that they offer loaner cars if needed and that you can text your service advisor when your car is at the dealership. Finally, if you display the Dave Mungenast license plate cover on your car, you can get a free car wash across the street at the CPO lot. I will always recommend St. Louis Honda!”
