Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Ennis, I know this was the place to be. He answered all questions and even gave information that you didn't think about. Today I got a set of tires from them for my old truck. I'm very pleased with the service I got. Everyone with whom I've dealt was friendly and responsive, and Telle's prices were very competitive. Based on this experience, I won't go anywhere else for oil changes and tire rotations for the truck and my wife's car.”

The Group which has over 10,000 members was created for people living in Northwest Saint Louis County. From time to time I would hold Group contest for Best Local Pizza, Best Local Breakfast and Best Local Automotive Service, to name a few. We held a Best Local Automotive Service in 2017 and I'm happy to say that D&M Auto Services was the Co-Winner, tied with Big G Automotive in Bridgeton. Competing against several much bigger and more well-known shops, D&M was declared the co-winner because of their consistently excellent repairs and fantastic customer service. “absolutely amazing business! i stay 33 mins away in spanish lake. I worked out on Chippewa one monday, and my car wouldn’t turn on after my shift at all. I didnt have money for a tow so i left it there. (yeah…i know)my car was broken into later that night and my passenger side window was completely gone. there was glass all in my car. I called Mike, he gave me instructions on what time to tow my car to him and everything. he examined everything that was wrong with my car. he kept me up to date on the process and gave me a quote for my broken window. he charged my battery up for me & he figured out what mistake i made & showed me how to fix it. absolutely amazing.him & his partner (i dont know the name) did amazing on my car. they cleaned up the glass, replaced the window, and made my car start! i was able to go home about 30 mins away with no issues, no lights. and it didn't cost me my sanity to get it repaired either. i got everything done, the same day. amazing customer service, will be back if need be!Services: Battery”

“Rasch is FANTASTIC! My parents and grandparents have been using them for years, but this was my first experience, personally. They got me in quickly, gave me honest answers, didn’t overcharge me or try to force me to do anything that wasn’t necessary and kept me updated the whole way through (even calling to let me know there would be a delay in service due to the ice storm preventing employees from getting to work). Honestly, they ease all of the fears you have when going to the mechanic! I spoke with several people, who were all very courteous and helpful, but Dave takes the cake! He was amazing!! I’ll admit, I’ve bounced around with mechanics prior to this, but I will be using Rasch, exclusively, going forward!”

They got accommodating personnel paired with professional technician in Jerry who explained stuff for me without upselling anything. They got a good system in place and charge reasonably for oil change. The car felt smooth driving out of the shop. The photo is me lounging at their office sipping their good coffee.”
