“My son went to Branson with family and a pair of his boots were left behind at the hotel. The hotel made arrangements for the boots to be shipped back to us through Mailbox Plus. There was a bit of a delay (honestly, I'm not sure if it was the on the Mailbox Plus end or the end of the hotel), but the boots were shipped back to us with 2 1/2 weeks at a reasonable rate. Once shipped they came quickly and arrived in good condition.”
“We visited this location today to buy a stamp and drop a card in the mail. I explained to the clerk Tracy that I was teaching my 4 year old son how the US Postal System works by mailing a letter and she was so excited to help teach him! She let him pick out the exact stamp he liked, counted out the change owed, let him place the stamp on the envelope, and then escorted us outside to show him the drop box. She showed him where the mail goes, how it gets scanned and explained the whole process step by step. She mentioned that she was passionate about mail and it showed! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain everything - she went above and beyond her duties!”

“Such an awesome gentleman running this business. I've been in 2x in a week and a half and both times what I needed done is a time consuming task. However, he never missed a beat helping me and numerous other customers coming in. He is a very polite, well mannered, professional that still treats everyone with complete respect. You know there's more and more people in life that have forgotten (or just choose not to), what makes a business and grows that business are us, the customers. He did a great job.
