Yesterday morning, I had to go to AT&T with a cell phone issue. I dealt with Richard and Haley the store manager and they went over and beyond to help me. They are at the Rolla store in Missouri. I would not want to go to anyone else.

Taylor was fantastic! We made an appointment since we had 8 lines to move over. Even when it got busy, she greeted each newcomer but we never felt rushed. She offered us new and different services but wasn't pushy. Very happy we switched. Excellent experience.
