Best service in Missouri..... Started with breaking my phone screen and getting worst service EVER, in Sullivan. Never go to Sullivan AT&T.
I went to Rolla and was treated like a friend by Cutter, who has to be equal to Yoda himself. Dude navigated a screen that was not even working. Got my issue fixed and I was on my way with no further delay. Cutter is the best.

Rolla AT&T was the best . Met with Jeni tonight! She was so knowledgeable and helpful to us and so fast with her service. I wish everyone could have a “Jeni” and a Rolla location!! Thank you for being there for us.

While waiting, my name was added to the on screen waiting list. When my name reached the number 1 position meaning I was next in line, an att affiliate changed my position back to number 2 and replaced position 1 with another customer that just walked in. I was told that she done this because that person only wanted a new screen saver installed on her phone. So I had to wait longer. When I was finished being helped and on my way out of the store, I noticed the customer that was placed in front of me was still there being helped by the same att affiliate that erased my name and changed my position. I'm guessing they were friends. ?

Malachi was amazing. He was patient and very helpful. We were unsure of what to get. His knowledge of the devices in the store and online helped us make the best choices for our family. He let us know about current offers and promotions as well as showed us what we originally wanted to see. His calm no pressure approach sold us on several products, and he is one of the reasons we choose to continue to stay with AT&T. We appreciated his advice and time.
