“I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! They not only agreed to help me, but they understood I could not attain a rental, and promised to fix my car in one day while I waited. “I just called about a headlight for my car and as always (for years) the guy on the phone was professional, just as he is in person.
I think what others take as rude is just cut, dry and straight to the point. I'd rather a buisness be straightforward and honest with me than have an upbeat buisness lie to me just to take my money, and charge me triple of what Rolla Auto Salvage charges for parts.
This has always been my go to salvage yard since I was old enough to drive and I will always take my buisness here.”

Between customers, Trey spent a ton of time with me researching shock lengths and even pulled out a micrometer to make sure everything would fit. We then moved on to front wheel bearings and he helped me track those down too!
This import has been a challenge, but it’s going to be such a blessing for my mom’s mail route, allowing her to drive on the “wrong side” safely.
