I’ve went a few times and they’ve helped me a lot, i thought I had a problem with my cable to my hood since it wasn’t opening, turns out it was just dry, he got it open and sprayed it so it’s not so dry, and did it for free. I think what others take as rude is just cut, dry and straight to the point. I'd rather a buisness be straightforward and honest with me than have an upbeat buisness lie to me just to take my money, and charge me triple of what Rolla Auto Salvage charges for parts.

“Yesterday I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to buy a bulb for my turn signal which had gone out over the weekend. I asked the young man who was waiting on me, Trey, the Assistant Manager, if they replaced the bulbs. He indicated that it depended on how laborious it would be. Fortunately for my vehicle it was simple. However when he went to change the bulb, the bulb wasn't there, nor the wiring harness. He had to take the clip pins and a bolt out of hear shield to find the bulb, which then had to be brought back to the top. After that point it was simple.
