“These guys are the absolute best. There's no BS, no hoops to jump through (such as needing an appointment just to have someone examine a vehicle to give an estimate). They are always friendly and extremely helpful, totally professional, and their charges are very reasonable. There's no need to see anyone else in Rolla and it's environs--they won't be as good as Hi-Tech.”

I’ve went a few times and they’ve helped me a lot, i thought I had a problem with my cable to my hood since it wasn’t opening, turns out it was just dry, he got it open and sprayed it so it’s not so dry, and did it for free. “I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! They not only agreed to help me, but they understood I could not attain a rental, and promised to fix my car in one day while I waited.
