“I am so happy with the service here!
After my check engine light came on in my car, I checked the codes, did some research, then began calling around to find a mechanic who could fix the problem. One shop, without looking at my car, told me that I would need a whole new turbo booster. When I called Wicklund Auto Repair, Doug explained that the error code could be caused by several different things, and he invited me to bring my car into the shop that very day so that he could look at it!
Within less than a minute, literally, after handing over my car, he came to tell me that he figured out the problem and he wanted me to see it for myself. The problem was simply a loose hose, and Doug put it back on at no cost.
Doug is honest, kind, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with! I highly recommend Wicklund Auto Repair!”

“I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! “My family and I broke down in Rolla on our way to Branson on a Thursday afternoon roughly 2 hours into a 5 hour drive. We had stopped into Auto zone and they had ran there test a determined it was a transmission issue. It was a very helpless feeling. Thankfully a nice man had recommended us to stop by Epic witch was not to far from us. When I walked in I explained my situation, the man at the counter stopped what he was doing and came out to my car and helped us immediately. He spent roughly an hour with us and figured out the problem. Before he sent us on our way, he had recommended we take is diagnostic computer with us incase the problem happened again, all he asked is that we drop it back off Sunday on our way back through. When he was all done and we were ready to go, I had went in to settle up with him, he told me not to worry about it and have a great time and wished us good luck in our baseball tournament in Branson. Never in my life had I had a nicer experience with a business owner. Brock is a great business owner and even better person...”
