The Best Western Coachlight offers a mixed experience for guests. The rooms are generally described as spacious and comfortable, with one reviewer noting the room felt "like a home." However, cleanliness issues were reported, with one guest finding a plastic bottle and spilled soda in the room. The hotel's amenities received varied feedback. The pool was closed for repairs during one guest's stay, which was disappointing. The continental breakfast was praised as "delicious" by one reviewer but received a more neutral assessment from others. The staff performance was inconsistent, with the night check-in staff described as "great" but the morning breakfast staff reported as "rude" and disrespectful towards guests. One reviewer had a pancake thrown at them by a staff member, who did not even apologize. Overall, the hotel seems to provide a decent value and location, with one guest appreciating having a "safe, dry place to stay" during bad weather. However, the management may need to address the reported cleanliness and staff behavior issues to improve the guest experience.
Very clean room with adequate room, right next to the ice. The service was also very friendly, and the motel is off to the back away from the main roads. Motels where you can park just outside your room are getting hard to find, which is better for seniors than walking down long halls! I would definitely stay there again.

Paint peeling from ceiling in room 107. Was sent to laundry room and had come back to get change for laundry. Close to Walmart, $7 Uber plus tip. Steakhouse on same property save 10%. Waffle house next door.
