“Very safe location. I stayed here hauling my U-Haul multiple times. So far not any bad experience. You can park right in front of the hotel. Rooms are decent. Staff are great. They have a great breakfast too.Rooms: Room are decent nothing to complain”

“First the good. Location is right off 44 and near to restaurants. The room was clean and parking was easy. The hotel has 1st floor where you park and 2nd floor where you check in. It’s an older building. The bathroom was not soundproof so not tons of privacy. They were semi- accommodating with room location. My main beef is customer service. I asked for 2 extra pillows to accommodate my husbands sleep apnea. They only had one to give us. At 7:00 pm there were 7 cars in the parking lot of a 3 story hotel, so I asked again and was told by Susan that there were no more pillows. I know there were plenty of unused pillows in those other rooms, but she said it was against their policy to take anything from other rooms. So we found an extra blanket in one drawer and used that. We go to hotels to sleep and this has not usually been a problem. We did not get a good nights sleep which is unfortunate. We are diamond elite status so we stay in Choice hotels ALOT . I hope if administration is reading this they are aware that that one pillow just cost them a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star review. Maybe a review of their customer service policies is in order.”

“Tried to stay here and booked a pet-friendly room. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk told me they only have a couple pet-friendly rooms and they’re booked up every night. When I asked why it allowed me to reserve it then, she told me it was my responsibility to call after I booked to confirm they actually had pet-friendly rooms available that night. I clarified that I called less than an hour prior to booking and she said nothing about this. She again put it on me and refused to accommodate. No ownership of miscommunications and absence of pet details online. The headache was not worth it, and will never book here again. Shame too. I have a family reunion coming up in the spring with a dozen relatives seeking hotels and this place is on the “hotels to avoid” list for my loved ones.”

“This is a discounted Hotel right off the highway in Rolla Missouri. It only cost me $47 a night and I have to say that the entire Hotel was very clean and the beds wasn't terrible like most discount hotels. It wasn't a luxury bed by any means however it wasn't like a rock either. The hotel hasn't been updated in years it still has standard keys to get into the room and a tube television. However, like I mentioned before the room was extremely clean and the bathroom you could still see very white grout lines which was nice to see in a older Hotel. The only reason I rated this hotel 4 stars and not 5 is the bedding wasn't great and you could tell the comforter has been used for years and years it was very clean it just wasn't comfortable. They need to update their bedding to a standard hotel bedding that includes down. When I'm back in Rolla, if I'm looking for a cheap hotel, I definitely will consider this hotel in the future. You can also book this hotel through hotels.com and the benefit of booking through hotels.com is after 7 or 10 nights you get a free night at any hotels.com property the they service. I booked 99% of all of my hotels through hotels.com where I can get the free night. You can also build the nights, I had two nights free I didn't use one of them because my average nightly stay was 100 and this hotel was only 47 bucks. Hotels.com rounds off your average of the 7 to 10 nights that you stay and they give you a free night based on dollar amount spent at any hotel via hotels.com. I know this review seems to be about hotels.com however it is really about that hotel and the option to book through hotels.com and the benefit of doing so.”

“The room was very spacious. Wooden floors. Heating was confusing. I set it to 72 degrees and it felt like 92. I found 58 to be not too hot or too cold. Pillows felt like bricks. I don't know why they say they have breakfast. A mini muffin and and a fruit bar is not breakfast. There are barely any hotels in the area that seem safe and under 100 bucks per night (besides this one). Room was pretty clean. A Lot of channels on the TV, Decent wifi speed. 2 vending machines; 1 with snacks, the other with soda. Soda was a buck and the most expensive snack was a buck and a half. Blankets were very thin but they will keep you warm. The drapes wouldn't close all the way if I hadn't clipped them together. Due to covid-19 there is a 1 hour max time limit on the pool. Compared to all the other hotels, this is by far the best one. All the others in the area feel unsafe, sketchy, and unsettling. I would definitely recommend coming here.”

“My son made a late stop to rest. He said the room was a little small, but very clean. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and my son said the woman at the counter was the same.”
