They handled everything with care and set everything up perfectly exactly where I wanted it. The couch set is absolutely amazing — it looks fantastic and is even more comfortable than I expected.
One of my wife’s crystal pieces did get broken during the move, but I understand that accidents happen. What really stood out was how the owners handled it. They immediately took responsibility and offered to reimburse us, which I truly appreciate. That level of accountability says a lot.
