Tried to return a suit and was told they wouldn’t take it because tags were removed.
Spoke to an agent on the JCPenny website and they said we absolutely could return it even without tags. What’s up with that? Nowhere in the policy does it state tags must not be removed and we are well within the 60 return timeframe.

This JCPENNEYS was amazing! It has a good selection and every department jewelry to shoes covering every item and family members needs. The place is immaculate! Very clean ! Floors are shiny! Comprare to the location in Springfield. This is much smaller bug much more efficient. Other Jcp I have visited in the stated area filthy and rundown. This one was supper clean and smelled lovely

I personally had a HORRIBLE experience at this JCPenney hair salon. ? After speaking with the Stylist the evening before, I had high expectations for the service I would receive, and I trusted this stylist with my hair. I brought in an inspiration photo of what I would love to aim for with a few sessions. I did NOT expect to meet the goal in the first session, but I did however expect to recieve a caramel color with a SHADOW root like my Stylist promised me after a test strand was performed..not only did my Stylist not provide, she also kept pulling and ripping my hair out while it was soaking wet, and freshly bleached. To the point that I verbalized the pain, and had to move in my chair to ease the extreme discomfort of my scalp feeling like it was going to split open ? I am NOT a tender headed person, and I am not exaggerating. I was also charged for services that I did not receive (unless chlorine pool green is a corrective color, and tone) Needless to say, I walked out of the Salon embarrassed, with damp, frizzy, orange hair, without a beautiful shadow root, and with an ugly "CHLORINE POOL GREEN" band. I also caught other employees staring, without saying a word to me or to the Stylist who butchered my hair, as I was paying for this awful service...I cried. My long, beautiful hair is RUINED. I wanted a new look to uplift my self confidence on my journey to a "new me," but was left regretting every decision. ? I paid a lot of money for this too, and still left her a tip, because I genuinely hope that she feels bad for what she's done to me! I will include my inspiration photo below, as well as my results. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
A refund for services not correctly performed would be nice, and the right thing to do...?

Jcpenney has gone completely down hill . Selling products for 55.00 that's available elsewhere for 20.00. No customer service in store ,online or on the phone. 3RD generation shopper and I'm done . Been a credit card holder for years . Never missed a payment, most of the time don't have a balance at all. This year I had an 11 year old grandson die ,a move . Some hard times. JCPENNEY just cut my credit card limit. Never been late ,missed a payment. Because I am have some high credit card balances although not with them they made this decision . JCPENNEY was in bankruptcy not me. Definitely done with Jcpenney their bad customer service, overpriced products, loss of Sephora now this I'm done .

The store has plenty of spaced out room to Adventure through, lots of items on sale in the store.The JCPenny store was recently renovated in the last year. Cool people to talk to at the store if you have any questions about what you are looking to purchase. It’s a lot better then shopping online and being at the mercy of the person you are speaking with on the phone or texting in a message with the customer service person. Plus if you get hacked and someone starts playing with you and causing issues so I would say it’s better just to get some clean air and sun and check this JCPenney store out they big enough to keep your distance and get your shopping done.
