“every time before I have taken my RV out of town they aired up my tires and the back has Duallys and they never charge me so I try to leave a tip for who ever does it”
“I took my car in unexpectedly and although the staff was clearly very busy, it was a wonderful service experience. My car ended up needing a lot of work done, and the communication throughout was five stars. The young lady at the front desk made me feel very cared for and even drove me promptly back to work nearby. Josh called me every step of the way with details, and permissions to move forward on my car. I haven’t had to use an auto shop in many years thankfully, but it is awesome to see great customer service in today’s society. Well done everyone! .”
“I am very greatful for Mr. Elmer. I had a flat tire trying to leave town for thanksgiving and I called and he said his shop was closed but opened up just to patch my tire! He saved the day!! Bless you and your family Mr. Elmer. Happy thanksgiving!”

“Clark and Kathy are a hands on management team that continues to be a top tier service shop. Accommodating comes naturally carrying out a long tradition. Clark's humor induced candor and Kathy's bubbly personality makes this place a staple for a long lived establishment.”
“The guys were super helpful! Gave me quotes on several tires and let me decide the tire best matched for me. No pressure. Told me they could get me in right away and had me in and out within an hour! Great customer service!! I will definitely be back.
Plaza Tire only offered me one price for $400 more and gave me no other options.”
“These guys were great. I was traveling to Chicago when I developed a bulge in a tire. It was the end of the day but they got me in ended up getting a full set in stead of just 1 replacement.
(Ended up cheaper then discount tire across town after they made me wait an hour to find out they couldn't work on my truck after having called ahead and service writer looking at the truck *aftermarket rims.)
Very happy with the tires and services at Big O I would go out of my way to come back again”
“Mike was so helpful and is a great mechanic. We were stranded and 100s of miles from home he found the problem quickly repaired the vehicle and we found an angel that day Highly recommend 5stars Thank You Mike forever grateful. Ron and Tracie.”

“I was met at the door of the Rolla Missouri Discount Tire on a Saturday morning and greeted. The representative listened to my explanation, then checked back with me several times during the evaluation and service of my vehicle. Excellent customer service!”
