“Outstanding and friendly is the service I received. I was in need of a quick service for a IDOD (or something like that) Zane's was the first one to pop up on google. Arrived there as they opened explained my need and the reason it was all short notice and boom I was out of there in no time. As I was leaving I asked about another issue knowing I did not have time to get it done right then and they offered me to drop off the car latter that day and they would be able to help me out. I did just that and now I have my new first stop for auto repair needs in Rolla, MO.”

Being very unfamiliar with the area, I had no idea where to go but the tow-truck driver recommended John's Firestone and I was so thankful that they serviced my tire right before closing on a Friday afternoon! “10 stars for Josh who came out to my truck at 12 am for a wheel and tire replacement. I took a detour around construction that resulted in me hitting a curb and f&$-_ing my wheel and tire up(see pic). Josh took 4 hrs in the freezing cold to do what he needed to get my trailer repaired. Nice gentleman who should get a bonus for dealing with my mistake. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!”
