“Matt went far beyond what we expected. We took 2 smaller packages in first to be shipped. When we told him we had 2 other large packages in our van, he immediately asked if we needed some help. Since my wife and I are elderly (I’m 81), we really appreciated the assistance. Matt didn’t hesitate at all to help. He’s an outstanding employee at the UPS store that we use frequently.”

I recently saw Greg, in the store solo, handle 4 customers at one time. I had a very complicated print job that couldn’t be handled by the kiosk while at least 3 heavy oversized shipments came in to the counter.
On top of that, a mentally ill, homeless person came in and asked Greg to contact the PD. Greg got him some water and snacks while he waited for the PD…the promptly hot back to his customers.”

“Small little office that closes sooner than others but it's usually not busy which is awesome. With it being right off of 7th street, it's in a pretty good location. The staff are friendly. The parking it is a little awkward to get in and out of.”

“I've had problems multiple times of my postal carrier not shutting my mailbox and leaving my mail exposed to theft and the weather conditions such as rain. I've called multiple times, left notes in my mailbox for the carrier, filed complaints, and nothing has never been addressed. The carrier left me a note once saying my mailbox needed repaired. There's nothing wrong with my mailbox as it's like new. The carrier just won't close my lid till it snaps closed. She won't deliver my mail also if there's someone parked in front of my mailbox either. I have to wait till the next day to get my mail. It's so frustrating, but what else can you do when dealing with the post office.”
“Today near the corner of St. Louis and Zora I saw a turtle struggling to cross the road. Its 100 degrees outside. I was going to turn around and and grab the turtle myself but before I could the mail carrier behind me stopped and got the turtle out of the road and into the grass by the walking trail. It really touched my heart. Mind you there we're 2 cops in the parking lot chatting it up while cars were swerving to miss the turtle and did nothing. Good job Mr. Postman. Good job.”
