“I had 2 photographs that I needed some details removed in order to frame as a gift. I heard about The Photo Pros on a local news show & they offered the services I was looking for. I needed a person removed from one photo & the cut on side of a fish closed on another. I am beyond pleased with what they could do. You see no evidence of either item I needed fixed & I had the photos then put on metal frames they offered. I can’t thank them enough for this special gift I’ll be giving at Christmas. This store is the best and it is directly related to the management and his team.
When I had wedding event printing, this store was willing to help and very patient as I made decisions. I will never forget how much they helped me. That was a year ago.
Fast forward a year and they are still my favorite store. I had a rush print job for a shower booklet I made the morning of a shower. Zach and Collin were the best! They committed to a quick turnaround and gave me a perfect book in record time.
I showed up with a gift card from Starbucks for whomever did the printing. Zach immediately said to hand it to Collin. While it wasn’t a huge gift, Collin was very appreciative. Zach was eager to give all the credit to his employee even though I know he helped on the entire project. My hope is that Office Depot gives recognition to this great store manager.

It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

“Last night, I was assisted by Lavera and Jeff, and I just wanted to give them a kudos and shout out. A mistake was made where a shipment label was accidentally cancelled after it had already been picked up from the Dropbox. After contacting customer service, I was directed to visit the Earth City location in case they were able to assist. 30 minutes before closing, Lavera welcomed me, gathered the info she needed, and asked Jeff if it’s possible to find the package. Jeff worked a miracle, found my package and we were able to create a new shipment label to send off the package in time. I just wanted to publicly thank both Lavera and Jeff for being so helpful and calm. They turned a potentially challenging situation into an easily resolvable one. While I know this is not always possible, I wanted to thank them for their efforts.”
