“I'd highly recommend St. Charles Animal Hospital. Everyone is helpful, kind, and extremely empathetic. Test results come back quick and they have the medications on-site that our pets need. The vets and vet techs take time to explain what's going on with your pet and have different solutions for what might suit your needs best. I never feel pressured into expensive tests and they are very professional and patient as you process the information. It's very clean and smells nice. They even have pocket doors to the exam rooms so your pet is safe from doors opening.”

The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet techs are great, and Dr. Marshall is wonderful. She really takes the time and together with any vet tech working with her, they make sure my dog settles and has a good experience with bloodwork and his vaccines.”

“This place is awesome!! The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and do an amazing job with customer service. I’ve only seen Dr Josie & Dr Michelle and they truly care about your pet’s health. They are very gentle and lovin. And so are the vet techs. I also feel that they don’t charge you for every little thing or try to get you to buy something you don’t really need. I am very happy with the care my dog is getting and am glad I left my previous vet.”
