“We are so grateful for the care and compassion Dr. Lloyd showed our dog, Rookie. From the very beginning, she approached his case with empathy, urgency, and a true desire to help us find answers. Instead of giving up when things became complicated, she had a “let’s problem solve and figure this out together” mentality that meant so much to us during an incredibly difficult time. Moving forward with the bone marrow biopsy helped give us clarity and reassurance that everything possible was being done for our boy. Dr. Lloyd was thoughtful, compassionate, and honest every step of the way, and we always felt that Rookie was deeply cared for in her hands. We will always be thankful for the kindness and dedication she showed not only to Rookie, but to us as well.”

They always reply to my calls, emails, etc quickly. I’m always able to get my pets in for appointments right away. Most importantly THEY CARE about your pets. You aren’t just a number in their file.”

“I love Banfield, the Doctors are great. They're very thorough, compassionate and truly understand the relationships between their pets and their owners. Everyone from the techs to the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. It says alot when they know who you are and your pet. I highly recommend Banfield to anyone who needs a place to take their pet(s).”
