“We bring our dog in for his checkups twice a year and we're incredibly happy with his care. The front desk staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the vet techs are great, and Dr. Marshall is wonderful. She really takes the time and together with any vet tech working with her, they make sure my dog settles and has a good experience with bloodwork and his vaccines.”
“I brought my dog in for an emergency surgery at the very last minute. The doctor was very kind and patient and understood the situation. I had told him what other vets were charging me and what other routes they wanted me to go but the doctor suggested we do the surgery before anything else. He was also very understanding of the situation and started the surgery within minutes. The surgery was affordable and fast. I’m very thankful and happy I brought Mochi here. She is now home resting and recovering. I will be coming back with my other dog as well. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and made me feel welcome. Please don’t hesitate to call and check them out.”
“I can’t even begin to say how amazing these guys are! The staff is always super friendly. The vets are great with all types of dogs. Our family dog that was skittish with 3 working legs was cared for the same way as my new puppy they just spayed. It’s the only vet I’ve had that my dogs are not terrified of when they get out of the car. They clearly care about both the animals and their owners, which is super rare in this industry. Could not recommend them more!”
“I wouldnt go anywhere else but here. Very amazing vets and staff. Their compassion for my cat, Anna, has been unbelievable. I overact I am sure to any little thing with this cat. They have walked me thru situations they didn't have to. I have a customer where I work who drives 45 min to come to Elm Point. They saved his dogs life. He raves about them.
