I tried to get a breakfast burrito at 12pm. They acted like it was the worst thing in the world. Canceled my order. The next day I was in there and could hear them talking about me in the kitchen. Wish I could actually talk to someone and something get done but even the manager there is super rude.

Go in everyday for some sodas and breakfast. They recently learned I love the breakfast burritos. They were out when I went in today, and rushed to make up some more. I went outside to get out of the way and sit down to wait. One of the cooks actually brought me my burrito to my car. Friendly people and great customer service there.

Friendly faces my only complaint is the pizza I've tried a few different times just to see if maybe it was the time of day or how it was being made but every time the pizza would be dry so I stopped going

*Called corporate* I witnessed a manager yell at a employee who was helping a customer and come to find out also having a medical event this managers name is Tabitha. This was absolutely disgusting to witness, hope that poor girl get the help she needs.

Their wings are the worst wings I have ever had my dog wouldn't eat them the old style wings they had were better than these new wings the pizza is good ill still buy pizza never again will I buy hot wings they're garbage

Got off at exit 240ish that said Caseys and there were no signs to follow after that. Wanted to use the restroom and get breakfast pizza. Ladies restroom marked "Our of order". Took my business elsewhere.

Arrived at Casey's around 10 pm. Mike and December where working and I immediately felt the fun in the atmosphere.I ordered cheesy bread sticks that where hot and delicious.A great experience, which I contribute to Mike and December's ability to make work a fun atmosphere. While waiting for my bread sticks Mike mentioned that he had been working for Casey's a little over a year. As a assistant General Manager at Menards and able to spot excellent customer service representatives. December, has a very bubbly, cheerful and friendly personality that is perfect for a customer service job. I would recommend that Mike and December both deserve a raise, for the simple fact it's hard to find good customer care personnel. I also feel Mike would make a excellent Lead or Night Shift Supervisor.Went back to Casey's the next morning. Had to drop 5 stars to 3 stars. I have to say that the atmosphere was totally a different vibe. One guy working the cash register with a gray beard was very helpful and friendly to talk to. On the other hand there was a older lady who was obviously not happy to be there, and not pleasant at all. I also noticed that there are quite a few things in the store with no prices. For instance, prices on the different sizes of coffee cups. Also, on the hot sandwiches. No prices on the product wrappers or anywhere including the lighted menu. After asking prices on numerous products the lady I mentioned earlier seemed aggravated. Even to the point when I mentioned this issue there was no reply. Forevermore, I mentioned I'd like to use my $2.40 Casey's rewards. When I entered my phone number for my rewards, it didn't take off any discount. She shrugged it off very rudely, which in the past other cashier's hit a button and presto it was taken care of. This in my personal opinion wasn't taking care of customers, which is their job and why they are hired. I was very disappointed in this visit, because of one cashier. Which, goes to show one employee can make or break a visit to a establishment.

In a day and age where good customer service is like hunting for the elusive jackelope, i am pleased to report that some things don't change - like the personal attention and service of one of my favorite childhood pizza shops; you guessed it, CASEY'S!i have been planning to use CASEY'S to cater pizza and treats for a special birthday party and the team at the St. Clair location does not disappoint! The manager, Kathy, went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating with my order and arranged for everything to be picked up at a time convenient for us.Couldn't ask for much more out of the experience - and I know the birthday girl and guests will be fired up about the food and treats. Thank you Kathy and the CASEY'S team!

They were completely out of breakfast pizza and pizza in general at 10:10am on a Sunday Morning! AND they didn’t even have any pizzas in the oven that they were preparing and said “Sorry, alot of people were buying 3 slices at a time” My question back was “Well, when you noticed you were running out why didn’t you at least put some more in the oven” They just looked at me with a blank stare and had no response??!! Get it together Casey’s you are famous for your delicious pizza so prepare for it idiots!
