“I took my Pathfinder in with a punctured radiator and broken core support (I don’t want to talk about how that happened). Since regular repair shops won’t touch core supports, I had to go with a body shop, and with the recent hail I figured I’d be waiting weeks on end. My car was completed in a matter of days and came in significantly less than the estimate. Everyone there was super friendly, communication was great, and the work was done perfectly. I don’t particularly want to need a body shop again anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be back at Don’s.”

“I was in an accident and my car needed extensive amount of work. Our insurance company gave us a list of facilities that we could choose from. They all backed their work for the life of the car. We randomly picked Caliber Collision. What a blessing! Dropping the car off can be uneasy, but the gentleman was knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. But the best part, I received daily text messages from the man working on my car explaining what was happening today in the shop. He even called a couple times to see if I had any questions or if they could do anything else for me. It took under 2 weeks which was wonderful for $7000 worth of damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALIBER COLLISION FOR ANY SERVICE YOU MAY NEED!”

“My brand new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 only had 1,000 miles on it and was hit in a parking lot on the right corner of the rear bumper. The person that hit my car left their name and number, which I was thankful for, but I had to get the car fixed. I got a couple of estimates, but I really liked Gittemeier and decided to have them repair my new car. The car needed a new bumper and to have it painted. They were able to get my car done in just 1 day and the most impressive part to me was it came to be cheaper than the original estimate given. I felt they were super down to earth and honest. ““The Cold Never Bothered Them Anyway”
I spent an hour sitting on the side of the road in the kind of freezing cold that makes you question every life choice you’ve ever made—including not keeping a spare blanket or emotional support space heater in the car. By the time I got to O’Reilly’s, I was basically a popsicle with car keys.
But the crew tonight? Absolute legends.
First up: Kevin.
This man—who openly admitted he’s anemic—still marched out into the icy tundra of the parking lot like a true warrior. Meanwhile, I’m fully bundled, teeth chattering, and he’s out there acting like the cold is just an optional suggestion from Mother Nature. Give that man a medal. Or at least a heated vest.
Then there was Noah, who I’m now convinced might actually be some kind of automotive guru or wizard in disguise. Before I could finish saying “my car won’t—” he had the hood up, battery swapped, cables checked, and everything humming like nothing ever happened. I swear I saw a faint glow around him, like he was channeling the ancient spirits of Car Batteries Past.
Between Kevin risking hypothermia and Noah fixing things at the speed of light, they had me back on the road in no time.
If I could give them six stars, I would. If I could adopt them as my roadside guardians, I’d do that too.
O’Reilly’s, please give these guys a raise, a bonus, a cake—something.

“I had a deep scratch in my bumper that required bumper removal, sanding down, filler, paint blending, and full clear coat. My stock paint is very specific with metal flake, etc, and they matched it up 100%! It looks better than it did new. The owner is really friendly and has been doing this for decades.
I got multiple quotes and his was by far the most reasonable.
Honest prices, friendly service, and most importantly: a skilled craftsman of the trade.
