“Customer service was excellent - all the employees there are always very informative and friendly. I have used them several times since 2024 - to replace brakes, state inspections and to repair flat tire. Each visit/appointment, I chose to wait while they worked on my vehicle and each time they kept me well informed and work was completed in a timely manner. “During a blizzard, a chunk of ice knocked something loose under our car. Len’s was able to fit us in when 2 other auto shop’s nearby were unable to. We had to drive to Chicago that day and they luckily were able to get us in within about 15 minutes fixing our issue since there wasn’t any damage and filled up air in our tires. Very great and fast service at Len’s! Highly recommended this amazing auto shop!”

It would have cost me atleast between 700.oo-1000.oo to have this all done Somewhere Else. They worked w me n they were Polite, Funny, n love that for being female wasn't treated like ....I'm stupid. Back in my day, I worked n fixed my Vehicles...lol...Grease Monkey. I will always go there because they are Honest, up front, n don't try to Rip u off. Totally Recommend Stone Automotive!!
