“Excellent service! Kevin is very informative and helps explain exactly what will be done. I brought in my Chevy Cruze with a turbocharger code showing and other shops had told me I need my turbocharger replaced which is thousands of dollars. I brought it into this shop and turns out it wasn’t that at all yet a hose that was 1/3 of the price. They had my car done in less than half a day. The drop off and pick up process was great and the bill was a lot cheaper than I was expecting! I cannot recommend this shop enough!Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I am so impressed with the team at Elmer Collision. My car had tens of thousands of dollars in hail damage, and as a result they needed to keep my car for about 3 weeks. The office staff kept me informed throughout the entire process, calling me every few days to give me an update. They worked directly with my insurance company to get it paid for, so all I had to pay them was my deductible.I also had a couple of really bad door dings that were not covered by the hail claim. I actually called them and said, "Hey, would you mind giving me a quote for what it'll cost to get those fixed while you have the vehicle?" She called me back once she'd had a chance to talk to the shop guys and said, "He said it was bugging him so he did his best to get them fixed, but they are on a crease so it isn't perfect." I was so appreciative that they had done that at no charge, I of course didn't mind. Flash forward to this morning, I picked up my car and let me tell you, you can't tell that those door dings were ever there. They also fixed a chip in my windshield that I got AFTER the hail estimate.I think the people repairing the cars are so committed to giving you a car that is fully restored that they couldn't stand to leave an imperfection if they can help it.I am beyond grateful to the folks at Elmer Collision for making this process so easy. I am so pleased with the quality of work and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone I know that needs auto body work done.”

He, through experience and research found that Ford had a recall on the shift cable. Called Ford dealership and they repaired car on-site at no charge. Bruce is knowledgeable but more important, he is honest.”

“Have a RAM Cummins with 250K+ miles. These guys know 3/4 and 1 ton trucks better than anyone in STL.... They have lifts to handle your heavier truck. I had a carrier bearing issue (long bed) that 5 other shops failed on...these guys fixed it the first time - 18k miles later still good. And, they have reasonable prices. Recommend without hesitation.”
