“As usual, a great experience. Today was a bit different. Starting hearing a noise in the front end yesterday. Normally would have scheduled an appointment but supposed to drive a bunch this weekend. Called a got in today with repairs made in one day! Jake and Rick are great to deal with. Highly recommend these guys!!”

“Shout out to the staff at Dobbs on Tesson Ferry! I brought my car in first thing on a Monday because I hit a concrete wheel stop on the previous Saturday night. It sounded like I was dragging metal after the accident, so I didn't drive it anywhere else but the closest Dobbs. While I was busy trying to calculate how the repair was going to be paid for, I was surprised to be handed back the keys only a little time later. Turns out, I'd knocked off some plastic from the underside, and it wasn't necessary to keep it. So the Dobbs staff removed the torn part completely, and didn't charge me for labor! All good news! I'm ecstatic about their customer service, and plan to happily buy my next set of tires from them soon. Can't recommend Dobbs enough for their service! Thank you Dobbs!??”

“Wow. Impressed. I ended up at Bauer for inspections because everyone was booked solid. They found some serious issues with my suspension and took me to the car to show me what is wrong not many shows willing to do that!They were able to fix my parts and the final cost was less than originally quoted because they found a better cost on the parts!!”

“Have had issues with my truck and the codes were for the head. Called to make an appointment and they diagnosed the REAL problem over the phone. They could have easily taken me for a few thousand dollars but instead told how to fix it for less than hundred dollars. Now truck is running smooth and I know where I will go if I should need service. A number one in my book.”

“The tech/mechanic on duty, Katya (sp?), was awesome. She was working solo on a busy Saturday, and she was swamped with customers. I found it disturbing and probably negligent of the company and her manager(s) to let her fend for herself, stopping and starting work in the shop to answer phone calls. She made the best of a difficult situation and took care of my state inspection as promised. In the waiting area, I spoke with a mother and daughter whose trip from Memphis to St. Louis was interrupted by their car shaking on the interstate—new tires were badly out of alignment. Katya took the initiative and booked them to get them back in the road safely. I give her 5 stars and Tire Choice 2 stars. Workers are the backbone of all businesses. They should be treated well and paid fairly by their employers. This did not appear to be the case during my service visit. Shame on Tire Choice. Kudos to Katya.”
