“After one thousand horrible experiences with big chain pharmacies, I switched to West Pine, and let me tell you—first, they made the switch SO easy. I just gave them my information over the phone and then they handled transferring prescriptions and everything themselves. Second, every single interaction I’ve had with them has been friendly, professional, and efficient. They call back quickly and answer questions thoroughly, they follow up with doctors and make sure I understand everything about insurance and prices and options. I’ve never had a problem filling a prescription promptly. And the free local delivery! I feel like this is the way businesses used to be decades ago before everything became corporate and horrible?? I love West Pine.”

“I love Big Bend Pharmacy. The main pharmacist and owner is fantastic. He knows my medications so well and always provides helpful tips and reminds me of prescriptions that are due to be filled and which ones are a bit early. This keeps me on track and ultimately improves my overall health and well-being. He is also quick and you do not have to wait for hours like at other retail chain pharmacies. 10/10 recommend!”

“Not where I typically do my Sam's shopping. So the gas queue was a bit confusing for me. I did figure it out and got my gas.
Lines weren't long, which is why I decided to fuel there. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I did notice every station attendant was on their phones having a good time. There was an elderly man who needed assistance, and another member helped him.”

Looks like they're starting to build a new store next door. Can't wait for that to be opened.
At least they honor rain checks for items that are on sale but sold out.”

“We have been going here weekly for a few years now, it's our go-to grocery store. The employees are always friendly and we even know some of them from seeing them frequently. I love that they don't rearrange everything like some stores, so we always know where things are. We like that they have small and big carts (and it may seem small, but these carts are the best carts!), plastic bags recycling, and rewards programs. It's always clean and organized.
The only things we don't like about it is the self checkout - you can only do it with 10 items or less and it is not as user friendly or quick as the Walmart ones.”
“Without a doubt Neels Pharmacy is the best ! I have been coming here for years after a friend of mine told me about all the different supplements they have here. There’s no worrying about where your products come from or if they are safe and not contaminated or phoney, fake or down right dangerous. They have a plethora of supplements for most anything you might need. The staff is always pleasant and helpful !!!”

“My husband and I got my car serviced for new tires last month and the process was so smooth! The Costco mechanics were very friendly, easy to work with, and helpful! The tires were a great value and they even honored a price drop on our tires because we had purchased them just a few days before a promotion - so we saved an extra $90! The warranty for the tires is excellent and having a membership means you don't have to cover an installation fee, it doesn't get any better than that! Overall, we were very happy with our experience!”

In addition to fantastic staff and first-rate service , I now have local pharmacists that I feel are an integral part of my Health Team. They recognize me as I walk in and will often have my order ready by the time I reach the service counter! In times of need, they have arranged to have my critical medications couriered to my home, or shipped to me out-of-state (when allowed). If you are using one of those big chain pharmacies and are frustrated with their poor service, switch to Medical Arts Clayton Pharmacy...you'll be glad you did. I certainly am!”
