A good place to live. Clean & quiet. Safe for children & families. Close to my child's school. Has a nice playground for them to play in, and a pool in summer. Friendly staff who resolve maintenance issues quickly of which there are few. Reasonable rent for the space we're in. ? would recommend highly.

I am a brand new resident to Southwoods, and I have nothing but good things to say. Nicole has been the most helpful and patient person to work with while I move into my new home! The complex is absolutely beautiful and well kept, I love it!
