“Perfect spot for WashU students! The school shuttle stops right downstairs, so getting to campus is super easy. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and fixes things incredibly fast. I recommend choosing a unit on a higher floor, to get the best view and avoid sewer problems.”

“I am in my second year of living at Verve, and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. I spend much of my time on the second floor studying, and the space is always clean and well kept. The amenities are also great, and I make frequent use of the grills and coffee machine. The office workers are always very friendly and make Verve feel more like a home than an apartment building. Special shoutout to Ashlyn, Gillian, and Max for always bringing a smile to face.”

“I moved her 6 months ago and no regrets. The location of the apartments is great. Walking distance to many places. The building is nicely decorated. If I’ve had to place a maintenance request, they have been quick to respond And resolve the problem.

Ownership offers several activities throughout each month for the tenants which some include prizes that can be won. And ones that offer a time to get to know your neighbors.

Nevaeh, Assistant property manager, Is super sweet and very helpful. And Ryan the property manager is also helpful and always speaks.

And I love that this is also a pet friendly place with a dog washing station for our pets.”

“We experienced a slight scheduling error and after waiting awhile didn’t think we would get to tour the property. But Reggie was there for a move in and was amazing, very helpful and went above and beyond to show us around and provided a great experience for our visit. Issues happen but how individuals handle them says a lot. He is a stand up person and we appreciate the positive energy and experience he brought to our visit!”

“This is a great place to live! The units are very nice and even have in-unit laundry. I enjoy the furnished lobby with Wifi, the 24-hr workout room, and the courtyard with outdoor seating. There is even a guest room that you can rent for visitors. Repair requests are fulfilled within one business day. The employees are very friendly and helpful, as are the neighbors.”

“I popped in for one of the rooftop events this past Wednesday and didn't expect to stay as long as I did. Krista's welcoming presence as property manager, along with the energy, music, and atmosphere, made it truly engaging. There's clear intentionality behind creating experiences that bring people together. Choosing to live here after downsizing and selling our home in 2025 was the right decision. The entire team has been responsive, going out of their way to help us adjust to apartment/community living with ease. We upgraded to a larger upper-floor unit after closing, and every day, CTOP feels more and more like home.”

“Just moved here a couple weeks ago! Staff has been beyond kind and helpful with all my questions. Karen has made a special effort accommodating me and my partners needs with moving in and leasing assistance. After touring many apartments in STL, I am very satisfied with the pricing and the quality of the apartment. The high ceilings and spacious bathroom is high quality for the price. The tenants here have been super welcoming as well. Parking is great, amenities are very convienent. Have appreciated having the gym with the free covered/gated parking. The location is amazing, love being able to walk to the grocery store, target, clothing stores and restaurants. So far very happy with our move!”

“I've lived at Chroma/Hue for nearly 4 years now. Like any apartment complex (and I've lived in many across the country), it has its ups and downs. But one thing that stands out is the responsiveness and kindness of the staff—especially Maddie and Tyson, the complex managers. When things go wrong, they are quick to help and always handles situations with grace, even when they're out of there control.

For the cost and amenities, this place is absolutely worth it. The team does a great job keeping things consistently good—and often great.

P.S. If you're ever taking a tour, Maddie is your girl. If nothing else, you'll leave with a smile.”

“I lived here for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved it. It's a quiet apartment complex with high-end appliances and that luxury feel in probably the best street in STL. The amenities including gym and common area were never too crowded and well-maintained. I found myself appreciating how it wasn't too loud in the apartment complex on the weekends unlike some of the other luxury apartments in the area. The management staff has changed considerably since I've been a resident but they have always been very kind, helpful and accommodating, and maintenance requests were always performed seamlessly. Thank you Euclid for such a wonderful experience! If I didn't need to move out of state, I would still be living there.”

“Asia the property manager is absolutely amazing. When I first arrived at the apartments, she was warm, welcoming and super helpful. Asia is the reason why I wanted to be apart of the Brickline community. Thank you for all that you do!”

“Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 years. Thriving community of people and made friends in the city because I lived here. Adding a hyperlapse of the sunrise that I captured from one of the penthouse apartments on video.”

“Nice apartments, exactly what you would expect, nothing too fancy but very clean. When I first moved in my apartment had brand new carpet. The only issue was a broken dishwasher which was replaced in about a week. Erin the building manager and Robert in charge of maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The building has an onsite parking garage for an additional fee and an uncovered lot that's always full. Some apartments have a balcony. Street parking near the building isn't terrible.Edit: After living here for about a year I decided to take off a star for a few reasons. We have had some issues with packages going missing and management has not really done anything to address these issues. I recently had some issues getting in touch with Erin which was a bit frustrating, and I am fortunate the issue I needed information about was not more serious. My understanding is that either the building or the company that owns the building was purchased and the building is under 'new management', though I suspect this may just be a name change/restructuring to make tracing any legal issues more difficult. There is a unit for sale in the building, and the listing indicates that owners pay an HOA fee of $350 per month (which I am assuming is built into most renters' monthly rent). Even though that HOA probably includes the water bill, since individual units are not metered, that is far too high for this building, as the only communal 'amenities' this covers is the somewhat unreliable elevator. I plan to keep living here for the time being, as I have yet to encounter any 'deal breakers'. The rent is fair given the location, but as I said before this place is nothing fancy.”

“I'm looking to move here from Arizona for work in November and I had lined up 5-7 tours. This was easily the best experience I've had so far. Chris is the property manager I believe and he showed me around. Really inquisitive and informative. They do have some repair work from a recent tornado I learned but Chris was able to paint a really nice picture of how things will look once they're done. Tribeca is easily at the top of my list right now for places to live.”

“I leased a studio loft off park ave from 2018-2023. My mom introduced me she stayed in a diff building on the same street through frontdoor. Had the best experience. My 5-6 years living there i had zero issues. building was secured, locked, security cameras on inside and outside of building. never had my car broken into, stolen, never had a issue with maintenance or the leasing office. my neighbors were quiet and kind. i would love the opportunity to move back. the price of the studio was getting a lil heavy so i decided to move. overall i would def go back.”
