“Great service and the front counter people are super helpful! Took my car up originally to get an estimate as the other driver wanted to pay out of pocket. They did a free estimate and did it quickly. Once we decided the other party would have to go through insurance, I went to take it up for another estimate. They didn't need to do another estimate, took the car in that day, worked with the other insurance to cover the damages, and kept me updated throughout the process. They also offer a shuttle of sorts to get to the nearest Enterprise or Hertz for a rental car if needed, and then you bring the rental back to Enterprise and get dropped back at Carstar. All of them are super friendly and very helpful, and I would absolutely recommend this auto body shop.”

“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care.
Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”

“Dan and the crew EBG auto body work great to work with. Very responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. The work was very high-quality and they hit targeted dates of completion.
One thing that blew me away, is that the car that we had worked on was not the cleanest on the inside when EBG received it and I was fully prepared to spend time cleaning out the inside or having car detailed. The staff went out of their way to vacuum and clean the inside of the car for no additional charge which was above and beyond expectations. Full recommend of this body shop.”

“I was just at the Home Depot in Ballwin when my 3-year-old son and I saw one of your trucks towing a broken-down HD truck back to the store. We pulled over to take a look and the driver waved us over so we could watch him lower the boom and set the truck down. He even let my son honk the big air horn!
This isn’t really a review of the company so much as a thank-you to that driver (I didn’t catch his name). He made my boy’s day, and he’s not going to stop talking about the big-rig tow truck for a month. Thanks again! If I ever need a tow, I’ll definitely give you guys a shout.”

“Was curtious and promptly in order for the best interest for the circumstances of the condition with the process of being at the pump and starting our motorcycle and backfired and causing a flashing of flames roaring out the bottom of the fuel line and up the tank onto my boyfriend's chest and then the process of being at the fuel pump and pushing it away with fire at the moment of the place closing and not 🚫👎 seeing a water hose and used windshield washer fluid to our shirts to smother it with it gaining fuel still leaking out and oxygen levels are Now boiling to think of it blowing up we are thankful for Rick our old time friend happened to be there who's wife is employee he was a hero to get the water hose and putting it out B4 this was a passer by himself Joe thank you for your support and called 911
