Steve is super, super awesome. I got screwed on an oil change by another mechanic so he hooked me up with a $30 discount on another one. The techs are also super friendly, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I appreciate everyone's honesty. Would definitely come back again.

Went in for front end work dropped it off in AM came back at 3 ish said to me may be some sound but did what they could got in my car has never ridden so good 10/10 did a great job on budget and super fast 6/14/24 def recommend using them

My daughter went to this location to get her car checked out because she felt some shaking while driving, but I guess when they realized she didn’t have $1,000 for the bogus estimate they told her that her oil was over filled (she did not come in for oil change)and convinced her that it needs to be changed for safety. Her oil was changed at Valvoline 2 days prior . And I have the paperwork to show this was NOT overfilled. Firestone just wanted to take whatever little money they could squeeze out of her . She doesn’t know about cars and she was concerned to drive as she was a few hours from home . I compared the amount of oil stated on each receipt that was put it and it is exactly same . She did not need a new oil change at all and they scammed her . I called the store and there was no manager to speak to me. I made a complaint to corporate office with no call back for a resolution . This store scammed her for a service she did not need . They preyed on a young female convincing her that her engine could be damaged if she drove . Absolutely unethical place . I really hope this place gets reviewed by BBB for unethical practices as I will be making the next step to make a complaint there .

I just loved how thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable the guy at the front desk was. Service was performed quickly, and I was back on the road in no time!

I wish there were negative stars that could be given, I actually had to wait, and calmed down before I could even write a review ?. I went there for studs on my tire...and it went downhill after that $642 later my car sounds worse and that didn't even fix the problem intended to fix the noise, Horrible service! I called another mechanic shop as soon as I left the second time they said they fixed and tried to charge me more money! I'm going to see if I can file a claim this is very bad! Enter at your own risk better yet go somewhere else. The workers pleasant but corrupt or something, took advantage of a woman who didn't quite understand

Horrible service. Wouldn't even look for the leak on my tire, just wanted to sell me a new one. I could right a chapter but they're not even worth wasting time on.

Honestly they didn't deserve 1 star. Took hour and half, ( with appointment) to tell me they couldn't repair a flat. Than, without my knowledge took the time to look over my vehicle, just to try an up sale me 2500 worth of stuff. Needless to say, I took it to a different store and got my tire repaired in 20 minutes. O, ya...they looked at all the up sale and turns out...my vehicle is just fine. What a joke.

OK, I had to get another pair of tires for my Yukon. They had the best price for my bridgestones, and they were also able to get me in on short notice. Customer service was great, and the service was fast.

We were traveling through Sedalia and had a flat that couldn't be repaired. Called the store to see if they had a set of tires that I needed and they did and were able to install them and get us on the road in a short time. Excellent service!

These guys recently helped me with a problem where my tires were scraping my fenders. It ended up taking more than a month after I bought the first set of new tires to finally resolve it all, which wasn't their fault on the time thing. Throughout, the manager here did everything in his power to make it as painless as possible. Never had a mechanic bend so far backward to help me, and it really means a lot.
