Reese and Cory were so helpful today. They came to jump my jeep and they both were so kind. I just moved to Sedalia and out of all the places I’ve been to for my car, firestone is the best. I will be coming back !

Came in for a transmission fluid change, but they only replaced the fluid and did not change the filter. When I called, they said it’s a “different service,” but this was never clearly explained upfront. Replacing fluid without the filter makes little sense and feels incomplete.
