We were in the middle of a vacation, 8+ hours from home, when our 2013 Dodge Caravan started having transmission trouble.
I called 10+ places around Sedalia. Mike was the only one who talked to me like a human and said he could look at it that same day.
He put a new filter on the transmission and was straight with me about reliability: with the issue we were having, no way to know if it'd run 2 hours or 2 years. The van got us home and is still running (fingers crossed 🤞).
