The customer service has been wonderful, with a tech sent out the next morning without even scheduling. Customers have had services for a few years and were among the first 8 customers. The company is absolutely amazing, providing service beyond expectations after 15 years of having only one option for internet. The prices are affordable. Lost Creek is also very active in the small community, which speaks a lot about their values. It is hands down the best internet provider, and they get right on top of any issues. They are the cheapest and best in the area, always keeping everyone updated on any upcoming services or outages.

I used the service for a couple of years and had a great experience with them. The internet was solid and consistent, I was able to get the max speed out of the service. Their support was very responsive and fast. They were always friendly, and honored the 10% discount for Veterans. Semper Fi, Lost Creek Wireless!
