“I am very pleased with the service. During the storms/tornadoes/hail/high winds we didn't lose signal for internet until our power went out. We are very happy with the company and would recommend them to anyone that is in their service area. Their customer service has been wonderful as well. The one time we had a minor issue, they sent a tech out the next morning(issue happened around 1030 at night) without even scheduling something. I was very pleased to see them take the initiative to fix an issue.”
