“Five stars are not enough for Shell Knob Freedom Bank. Not only do they consistently give superb customer service, but on multiple occasions they've gone above and beyond for our family. From stopping a check, to getting a home loan to go through quickly when the other bank failed on their responsibilities, to catching suspicious activity in our accounts. The money loss, stress, and heartache they've saved us from is amazing and not something we've ever experienced with other banks. They are the best of the best!”

“Julie J in the Shell Knob branch is an outstanding customer advocate. Julie has helped me secure several car loans over the years and goes above and beyond what i expect to get incredible rates and terms. Julie is great to work with, i trust her to point me in the right direction and she never disappoints. Thank you Julie?. Ryan”
