He walked us through possible issues, gave honest advice, and even recommended several other shops in town. He genuinely wanted to help us get back on the road, even saying if we were still stuck by the end of the day, he’d find a way to help us.

“Really great place. Fast, efficient and very fairly priced. My car broke down on i-70 on my way from Columbia to Kansas City. They were the best reviewed and closest auto shop to mile makrer 76. We towed the car and dropped it off over night. Called the next day. Just a few hours later they called back with a diagnoses and how they were going to fix it. Told me once parts came in, it should be ready the next day. By lunch the next day I had gotten a call saying its done and ready for pickup. They had replaced the wheel bearing, hub, and ABS/TCS sensors. The parts weren't cheap (as expected) but the labor was under $100! I picked the car up that evening. Overall an amazing experince. If I'm ever stranded on i-70 again I will definitely go to Thurman's!”
