“Stranded 200 miles from home with a broken strut at 4:45 PM on a Friday. These folks had my car diagnosed, part ordered same day to expedite for the following morning, and prioritized my vehicle being finished first thing Saturday so that I could get out of town. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant and I had the best experience I could hope for under unfortunate circumstances with an unexpected car repair. Would absolutely recommend and use again if I’m ever back in the area. Thanks Scott and team!”

“Great guys and very honest. Could have charged me for balancing all the tires but instead came to talk to me about how bad the 2 front tires were, both needing almost 2 pounds of weights to balance even after rotating the tires on the wheel. Balanced the front 2 as safely as possible and charged me accordingly. Gave me a great price on new tires that I will going back to purchase very soon. Highly recommend!”
“While on the way to the KC area from north central Idaho, it turned out I'd developed some tire issues. It was a Friday, so I knew I needed to act soon if I'm going to get it sorted in time to head home. I was lodged next door to the Platte City location, but they were slammed, so they referred me over to the Barry Road location.
When I got there, they immediately took a look, diagnosed the problem, found me a fantastic deal on tires, and got me booked in that day.
As a mechanic by trade, I could tell these guys were shooting straight with me. They got me such a great deal -- warranty and all -- that I went ahead and replaced all four, and that got me back home with zero worries.
These folks are a professional, friendly, efficient, and honest crew all around. I'll definitely go back to them in the future if I run into any more issues when in the KC area!
Oh, and fellow veterans & military...they gave me a 10% discount, so heads-up!

“I really like this place, they are just good people at work to get a job done. I did not like seeing the 3.9 stars, because they deserve better in my opinion. I have 5 cars that have needed their services, and when called upon they did exactly what I asked, nothing more, and certainly nothing less than a good job. not everyone has a great day, or a perfect attitude, not the point. I will be taking my van there 4/11/25 to have a transmission oil cooler installed. As long as that all goes well. My review stands , and I recommend this service center 100%.”
“Big shout out to Big O Tires on Skyview. Also to Travis and anyone else in the back that worked on my car. I was under the gun on my way to the dentist and I got a flat tire. I just stopped in unannounced since I was so close and they have also worked on my car in the past with the hope they could help. They were able to fit me in and get my car fixed quicker than I had ever expected. Today they went above and beyond for me with Travis leading the way. They were GREAT!!!
